About Us

IBEQ was the visionary concept of Mufti Saif-ur-Rahman Hazarvi, a distinguished scholar from a lineage of 11 generations of scholarly heritage. A discreet and prolific intellectual, he authored numerous books in Urdu and mentored some of the most prominent scholars of our time. Upon his arrival in the UK in 1994, he envisioned an Islamic education system to address a significant gap in the field. This vision was further advanced by his son, Mufti Qazi Hassan Raza, who laid the foundation for this dream in 1998 by launching an Islamic studies course. Despite initial struggles to establish an education board, they succeeded in developing a structured framework and syllabus.

Islamic board of education (IBEQ), came to light in a shape in 2011 by Aasam Hussain a student Mufti Qazi Hassan Raza, who gave this vision of his teacher a structure. The vision was to give this education embodiment and have it delivered to all other institutes throughout the UK and further a fields.

Our goal is to design and develop educational books that simplify the intricate sciences of Islamic education. These resources are thoughtfully explained and illustrated to make learning accessible and engaging for academic individuals, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of Islam. By first fostering self-awareness and self-education, we aim to help learners appreciate the true value of knowledge. This knowledge, as exemplified by the Prophet (peace be upon him), embodies the perfection of character, refinement of manners, and excellence in behaviour.
